Refund policy

Full-price items - purchased online or in store - are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order (or 14 days of purchase, in store).
• Items must be unused, with all original tags intact, and free from makeup and perfume.
• A $10 return shipping fee applies (free in store), deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty.
• Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions: Artworks, custom made-to-order garments, swimwear, earrings, undergarments, wellness products, and sale items are non-returnable. Deposits are non-refundable.
