Refund policy

Full-price fashion items are eligible for exchange, credit, or refund. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, with all tags intact, free from makeup and perfume.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exclusions: Artworks, custom made-to-order garments, swimwear, earrings, undergarments, wellness products, and sale items are non-returnable. Deposits are non-refundable.
