Do you have a store I can visit?
No, we are an online only store based in Australia.
Can I pre-order?
Yes! We offer innovative pre-order functionality across many of our brand partnerships, allowing designers to produce pieces as they are ordered. We believe this promotes a more sustainable relationship to your clothes while dramatically reducing over-production and returns. Specific pieces available for pre-order will be listed on the website.
I can't see my size available? Do you have it in stock?
This usually means we are out of stock in that size, but let us try and source one for you! Contact us and we will do our best to track one down for you.
Where do you ship?
In addition to shipping to Australia and New Zealand, we ship to most countries around the world, more information on our shipping page.
Can I change or edit my order once payment has been processed?
If you need help placing your order, or would like one of our customer service consultants to assist with sizing or styling advice, we are happy to do so – please contact us. Once your order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel your order, however our normal returns terms will still apply.
What payment methods does WeWearAustralian accept?
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay.
How do I change my contact details?
