What currency is used online?
All prices are in $USD.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
We cover all duties and import taxes, so there are no hidden duties at checkout or when your order arrives to you. Sales tax, however, is calculated and added at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1 day for processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed, and will receive tracking to keep an eye on your order once it has been shipped.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We ship all U.S orders with UPS, and offer Ground Shipping or 2nd Day Air Shipping. Please select which shipping option you would like at checkout, and you will be provided with arrival times, based on your selection.

Do you offer in-store pick up?
Yes, absolutely. If the item you are purchasing is available for in-store pick up, this option will appear for you at checkout. In-store pick up is free of charge and generally ready within a few hours. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
I have an online credit note, can I use this in store as well?
Yes, any WeWearAustralian credit notes or gift vouchers can be used both online and in store.
Why can't I see delivery options available at checkout for some items?
If in-store pick up is the only option available at checkout, this means that this item is exclusive to our Soho Store. You can continue to check out as normal, and come into store to pick up your order however we are unable to ship this item to you.
I can't see my size available? Do you have it in stock?
This usually means we are out of stock in that size, but register your email and we will notify you as soon as we are restocked in your size.
Where do you ship?
WeWearAustralia currently ships within the USA only. International shipping will be available from mid April 2026. For more information, please explore our shipping page.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns in store. However if you are unable to return in store, we will send you a return label for a fee of $10.00 and deduct this amount from your refund. Before returning in store, you must lodge your return online through our returns portal.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date your delivery to lodge and return your order. View our full returns policy here.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer refunds and credit notes for all eligible orders. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
Can I change or edit my order once payment has been processed?
If you need help placing your order, or would like one of our customer service consultants to assist with sizing or styling advice, we are happy to do so – please contact us here. Once your order has been placed we will do our best to make changes however we cannot always guarantee this, so please reach out as soon as possible.
What payment methods does WeWearAustralian accept?
We currently accept payment via credit card and Shop Pay online.
How do I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details simply by logging into your account and updating the specific information fields as needed. Remember to save all changes after they have been made. If you require help with this, don’t hesitate to contact us.
